As proprietors, we (David Paintin, Martin Teese and Jessica Leliuga) have more than sixty five years of butchery experience between us and are still inventing new sausage recipes and gourmet meat ideas every week. Whether you like the idea of unusual flavours of sausages – changing week to week – or a variety of innovative meats, we stock something for everyone.

We are based on the main road in Oswaldtwistle, Union Road. In addition, we are delighted to now offer a Click & Collect service and a delivery service to local areas.
