The tail end of a full beef fillet, not quite big enough for full sized fillet steaks so we sell it at half the price per kg. Perfect for mini medallions, strips for stir-fry, chunks for Bourguignon or Stroganoff or sliced thinly for steak sandwiches.

Please note, we sell them as whole pieces like the middle of the picture rather than cut up.
